Light to Medium pressure, pushing blood flow to the heart. Smooth, more relaxing techniques used. Perfect for de-stressing and increasing circulation. Range of motion and stretching techniques may also be incorporated. Comfort level is important and your therapist can adjust the pressure at anytime.

NEUROMUSCULAR / DEEP TISSUE

We will discuss your goals before this session. Deep Tissue is generally used for decreasing chronic pain that simply will not go away. It can be sore and uncomfortable for the next 48 hours, but it is very effective.

PREGNANCY

Wonderful for the Mother-To-Be (after the first trimester). This session will help reduce neck issues, lower back pain and other conditions that are common during pregnancy. Depending on her comfort level, this massage is generally done completely "face-up", with specifically placed pillows under the head, neck & upper back. Even if her pregnancy is going smoothly, a one hour massage will give her the pampering and relaxation she deserves.
